Faith Forge Labs / New Zealand

One page is enough to start.

Write the business situation before choosing the technology.

Who needs to do what?
Name a visitor or staff role and the task they need to finish.
How does it happen today?
List the tools and handoffs. Mark where work is copied, delayed or unclear.
What should become easier?
Choose a practical result you can assess after trying the new version.
What are the awkward cases?
Include a correction, cancellation, missing detail or lost connection.
Who can approve it?
Identify the scope decision-maker, content owner and staff reviewers.
What must be respected?
Include a real deadline, existing tool, data requirement, language review or procurement step.

A hypothetical example

A New Zealand equipment-hire business receives messages with unclear pickup and return dates. A first improvement would collect the intended period, equipment type and contact details, explain that availability must be confirmed and give staff one place to assess the request. Online payment and fleet tracking would be considered separately.

This example demonstrates a planning approach. It is not a client story or a promised outcome.
