Faith Forge Labs / New Zealand
A project should have a clear next step.
We make the work reviewable so you can decide with context.
Show us the task.
Describe the customer or staff work and what gets in the way. Use anonymised examples. We review existing tools before proposing something new.
Set the scope.
The proposal covers deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies and review points. Content, language review, third-party costs and specialist advice are identified where needed.
Review realistic work.
Design and development reviews use the situations the service needs to support. The people who will maintain or use it should help test the important tasks.
Know how it runs.
We check the agreed work, plan any move and explain day-to-day operation. Ongoing support is scoped separately where required.
Across time zones
We are US-based. Agree meeting overlap, feedback routes and support expectations before starting. New Zealand and US clock changes need checking when dates are set; avoid treating a fixed offset as permanent.
Commercial facts and local requirements remain subject to your approval. Te reo Māori or other translated content requires suitable review agreed for the project.
