Faith Forge Labs / New Zealand

Be useful when someone is deciding.

Search work should help a relevant visitor understand the service and take a sensible next step.

“Can you advise us remotely?” and “Can someone visit our site?” are different buying questions. A hypothetical New Zealand specialist may answer yes to the first nationwide and offer visits only within its actual operating area. We can improve content so that visitors understand that distinction before requesting work.

Put each answer in the right place

The main service page can explain what a remote assessment includes, what material the customer supplies and when an on-site inspection is necessary. A genuine visit-information page can describe the supplied coverage and how staff assess destinations. An enquiry should carry the selected service and location so the next conversation starts with context.

If the business offers the same remote service everywhere, repeating that description under many town names would add little help. A separate page earns its place when it answers a different practical question. Existing useful pages and documents should remain reachable during any restructuring.

Check the original question again

Ask a visitor outside the visit area to find the remote option and recognise its limits. Ask another visitor to request a visit without being told it is already available. These tests help identify confusing wording, broken links and missing details before a broader content programme is proposed.

Use evidence carefully

Customer questions and approved capability information guide the first review. Available search and website reports can help when their dates, access and limitations are understood. We do not invent demand, local offices or client results to justify extra pages.

Implementation may include clearer titles, internal links, canonical addresses and sitemap updates. After release, relevant enquiries help assess whether the new explanation is useful. Tag installation and sitemap submission do not establish indexing, rankings or business results. Bring a question your site misses →
